By using this website or sharing your information with us, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through our forms or contact channels.
In short: we collect only what’s needed to guide your college and course decision, we contact you only through channels you’ve consented to, and we never share your details with anyone outside the admission process you’ve asked us to help with.

- Contact details — full name, phone number, email address, city/state
- Educational details — current qualification, board, school/college, marks or expected scores
- Course and college preferences — streams of interest, preferred locations, budget
- Application-related information you submit for an admission enquiry
- Content of messages you send us over WhatsApp, email, SMS, RCS, or website forms
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, timestamps
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics on site usage

How Long We Keep Your Data
- Active enquiries and admissions — for as long as you’re an active student or parent in our system, plus a reasonable period after for records
- Marketing and outreach lists — until you ask to be removed, honoured within 7 working days
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate or outdated details, delete your data (honoured within 7 working days unless we’re required to retain it for legal reasons), withdraw consent for any channel at any time including by replying STOP, and object to specific uses of your data.

Minors
Many of our students are aged 16–18. If you are below 18, please submit enquiries and forms with a parent or guardian’s involvement. We never use information collected from a minor for any purpose beyond the specific guidance request they came to us for.

We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be notified via email or a homepage banner for at least 30 days.
