By using this website or sharing your information with us, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through our forms or contact channels.
In short: we collect only what’s needed to guide your college and course decision, we contact you only through channels you’ve consented to, and we never share your details with anyone outside the admission process you’ve asked us to help with.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Sensitive information at rest is encrypted. Access is limited to the SMSCAP team members supporting your enquiry, and staff are trained on responsible data handling.

Many of our students are aged 16–18. If you are below 18, please submit enquiries and forms with a parent or guardian’s involvement. We never use information collected from a minor for any purpose beyond the specific guidance request they came to us for.
